Ordering Instructions
If you would like
to order from a country outside of the United States please read these
specific instructions. All the instructions for processing international
orders are on this page.
Please read this
page carefully.
We
DO
NOT accept overseas credit cards of any kind.
The
only credit cards we accept are ones with a United
States billing address.
There
are NO exceptions
to this rule.
If you would like to order from Canada
please call us at 757-238-2929.
We will only ship a unit to Canada
to your credit cards billing address.
It is best that
you communicate with us by email rather than calling us for international
orders.
We do not return
international phone calls.

Please indicate
which models of ours you would like to purchase, and the quantity of each.

We need to know
what is the operating voltage of the products you desire.
Our standard
products are all rated at 110 volts.
Products come
in 110, 220, and other custom voltages. 220 volt units are special
orders and must be custom built at our factory. Please indicate the
voltage of the product you would like.
220 volt units
generally cost $25.00 and $35.00 more per unit.

Very
Important!
Once you contact
us from one email please do not use another email address to contact us
from. That will only confuse us and will delay your order. This is very,
very important for you to understand. Please only use ONE
email address to contact us.
Payment
Once you have
told us the models you would like, and the voltage required, along with
the complete shipping address, we will make you a formal invoice with our
bank account information.
We ONLY
accept payment for international transactions by direct bank wire transfer
to our bank account.
We DO
NOT accept credit cards based outside of the
United States under any circumstances.
We do not accept
international checks.
You can then wire
us your payment for the order. You will also be charged $25.00 by
us for the cost of the bank wire transfer that our bank charges us.
You must also
pay the bank wire transfer fee's of the bank you are sending the money
from.
If that amount
is deducted from the total amount that we receive, you will be forced to
send another bank wire transfer to make up that cost. Please be sure you
pay ALL the costs on your end.
It takes about
4 business days for the money to show up in our bank. Once we have confirmed
payment we will then process your order. If your need is for a 220 volt
unit it make take another few days to custom build your unit.
We do not "rush"
international orders. All international orders must follow these procedures.
It takes time
to process an international order. We follow these guidelines to prevent
fraud.
We will not vary
from these specific instructions for internationals orders.

If you require
a unit of a voltage different from 110 volts the pricing we be slightly
higher.
We ONLY
sell for our retail prices, we do not offer wholesale or quantity discounts.
